I take pleasure in introducing to your kind notice the bearer Peter Still who having by his industry purchased his own freedom is now endeavoring to purchase that of his wife & children. He has as you will perceive by his papers received much encouragement & "material aid" from the Benevolent upon whom he has called. Trusting he will continue to meet the same from those on whom he may call I leave him to the blessing of Providence and your sympathy and am rs[?]
